I just did this exact thing and I only had problems that did not seem
to be directly related to the database.  All you have to do is treat
it like a new install ( skipping the database set up) as far as
requirements and compiling go, set up your partitions (or shares)
properly, copy the database over and follow the directions for
changing the hostname.
