My mythbox is headless (no keyboard, mouse, monitor).  I am using the
tvout feature of the pvr 350 and running X on it connected to a TV. 
Also have a wireless card in it.  Most of the time, I access it
through the network to perform maintanance.

All PVR features are menu driven and can be operated with a remote
control which came with the PVR 350.
