I'm using Knoppmyth R4V5 with the 2.4 kernel and separate linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 drivers. Is there any way to get this card running on my setup - considering that I'm probably not really up yet to compiling new kernels etc?

If so, does anybody have this running with a 100% stable signal yet? I'm using an old Nova-T (TT-Budget/WinTV-NOVA-T, Grundig 29504-401) with what should be a strong signal (need to do some further tests) but I still get little picture/sound glitches about once every 5 minutes or so.
