1.  Get a bigger hard drive.
2.  Myth currently doesn't support the DRX-3 (someone correct me if I'm 
wrong), you can however use the 350's output.  I myself prefer using TV 
out on a nVidia chipset based card.
3.  No, if you're looking for a distro already geared toward MythTV, try 
KnoppMyth (mysettopbox.tv).
