[mythtv-users] upgrading howto

I've been trying to follow Jarod's upgrading directions, but get an 
error that it can't because of:

	" Mythtv-suite:  Depends:  mythmusic (>= 0.16) but it is not going to 
be installed "

What am I doing wrong and what could I do to fix it? I've tried to use 
'apt-get -f install' to force it to fix the problem, but with the same 
results...

I've then tried to install the kickstarter again but also without 
solving it as the old kickstarter blocks...and if I do an 'apt-get 
upgrade' it looks like I get everything and the kitchen sink
