[mythtv-users] ivtv.o locks up my computer everytime, help

Wrong order...
Try this:
modprobe msp3400 once=0 simpler=1 simple=0
modprobe videodev
modprobe ivtv ivtv_debug=1
modprobe ivtv-fb
modprobe tuner type=2
modprobe saa7115
modprobe saa7127 debug=2
modprobe v4l1-compat

also you seem to be missing the firmware for the card.
Did you remember to copy that from the cd or download
from Huappage?
