[mythtv-users] HW question re:soyo 7vem as backend with pvr250's

I have a soyo box with a c3 processor running 600mhz that I was thinking of using as a backend 
with two pvr250 cards and a wopping hd.... maybe upgrade the processor to a celeron or p3 900mhz.

Would this be OK or would I be better off getting newer and better board/processor?

I'm planning to use 2 xbox'es as front ends and store all content on the soyo.
