I had a similar problem on a fresh install.  I accidentally added a blank source to the list in mythsetup.  Check to see if there are any entries on your sources list that are blank.  If so, you may need to answer yes to the questions when you enter mythsetup to clear it.  That was the only way I could get the blank entry to delete, short of manually removing the row from the database.

Worth a shot.
