First off, free-to-air services shouldn't be encrypted!! So you don't 
need a CAM.
If you're talking about the non-subscription services offered by Sky, 
there is no CAM that will decrypt these channels AFAIK. Sorry.

There are lots of un-encrypted channels though. Here is the basic list:

With a Skystar2 (www.technisat.de) and a suitable dish, you should be 
able to pick up almost everything, depending on where the dish is pointing.
