[mythtv-users] very interested in building my own pvr

Hey guys, 

I'm new on this list. I have a Pentium III 700mhz machine with 1gig RAM. I 
have a 120gig harddisk. I know this is below the requirement of building a 
home pvr based from websites I've been too. I would like to ask for 
recommendation on how I can do the following: 

1. Record regular channels
2. Record HDTV signals
3. Watch the recorded program to a regular HDTV set 

What pci cards do I need to buy? I want something that will be compatible 
with Linux since I will be building the PVR on a linux operating system?
