It puts both the Hsync and Vsync signal out on the same pin (Hsync
pin usually). Normally, VGA has a separate Vsync pin and Hsync pin.
Just as an aside, both 'sync-on-green' and component ('sync-on-Y')
are inherently CSYNC as well.
