Current CVS MythVideo will now remap the INCPARENT and DECPARENT to
use the same keys as volume up and down do if you've not changed them
from the default Left/Right.  This allows all MythVideo windows to use
the same keys for INC/DECPARENT  while preserving arrow functionality.


On a side note:  If you're using CVS you should be subscribed to the
dev list and posting issues with it there.  Many devs don't read the
user list and those that do (like me) only skim it.
