Marc,
Lucky you. My Thompson drive won't even read CD-RWs,
only DVDs (I've had success with DVD-R, and haven't
tried DVD+R yet, but I suspect that it will still
work).
The DVD-Rs that did work are CMC MAG AE1 discs, sold
under the Memorex brand name.
