[mythtv-users] Can't exit frontend, even with ESC

This is weird. When I hit ESC from the frontend, I get to the "Do you
really want to exit MythTV" screen. Only problem is, neither option is
highlighted, and using the up and down arrows doesn't do anything.

I can hit ESC again, and go back to the main Myth menu.

This is really weird, 'cause it just started doing it all of a sudden
today. I was messing around with lirc a bit, and I removed the
DVD+/-RW drive and put the drive in an external USB2 enclosure, which
I then plugged back into the Myth box. That's about the only changes
that I can think of that I was doing when the problem started.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
