[mythtv-users] Weird problem: recording ok, mythfrontend ok, watch live tv / play recordings: blank screen system hangs

Hi,

 

I've got a weird problem:

I can do a :

# cat /dev/video0 > capture.mpg 

 

And play it with 

 

# mplayer capture.mpg


I see perfect tuned TV image with sound.

 

I can see in my mythweb the recorded programs, I can schedule recordings
and even download them and view them. 

But not using mythfrontend :-(

Perhaps it has something to do with my hostname? Graphic driver? Anyone?
