Not very closely then. Your modules.conf has all sorts of extra junk in it 
that I explicitly say not to include. Everything should be auto-detected, 
especially since it looks like you have an older card (judging from the type 
2 Philips tuner).

Probably because of all the extra junk you're specifying.

Your modprobe.conf file should only contain:

alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv

Remove all those other lines and try again.
