[mythtv-users] TV Records mplayer sound

Hi All,

Noticed this issue the other night while watching back some TV Recordings.

This is my setup.

Capture Card: Leadtek TV2000XP
Sound: Onboard

I've linked my sound out on the TV2000XP card to the line in of the
onboard sound.....this works perfectly....I can watch live TV and record
perfectly. What happened the other night is I was recording TV while
watching a movie via mplayer. When I went back and watched the TV
recording from earlier it had the TV sound track AND the movie sound
track. The movie sound track was considerably quieter, but you could
hear it was there in quieter parts of the TV Recording.

I assume the problem is that the TV was recording from the main mixer
signal. But then why didn't I hear the TV over the video I was
watching? Anyone seen this problem before? Anyone know how to fix it?
