[mythtv-users] Trying to recover from crash II - no sound on livetv or new recordings

I'm still trying to recover from my crashed hard drive. I'm back up,
have mysql restored, can watch recordings fine. When I watch LiveTV I
get no sound and I get an error on the frontend: "Setting PCM volume: :
Invalid arguement".

When a recording starts I get this in the backend log and the ending
recording is about half the expected size, and has no sound.

2004-11-12 19:58:01 Started recording "Star Trek: Enterprise" on

I've had the PCM setting error before and thought it had something to do
with msp3400. I only have one kernel installed and I've reinstalled ivtv
from apt. As far as I can tell I only have one msp3400.o located at:
/lib/modules/2.4.20-35_39.rh9.atsmp/kernel/drivers/media/video/msp3400.o

Not sure what "Couldn't find input: Tuner 0 on card" means. Can't see
anything wrong in mythtvsetup.

I'm running on Redhat 9, everything installed using apt. Any ideas?

Thanks,
James
