[mythtv-users] XBOX slow loading Live TV and Recorded video (10-15 seconds)

I have a question to add to the recent slurry of XBOX related questions.

When I press the Watch TV button, it takes a good 10-15 seconds for TV
to appear.  The same thing happens when I watch previously recorded
video.  However, once it does start up, I am able to rewind/fast
forward without any delay whatsoever.  The picture is perfect as well.

Is this delay normal?

I am running the latest KnoppMyth on a Chaintech 7NIF2 motherboard
with an AMD XP 2800+ connnected to a v1.0 XBOX via a Netgear MR314
router.
