[mythtv-users] Need help with MythDVD

You have a problem with th eoutput driver that mplayer uses.
It seems like you don't have xv.

Try this. In a console write xvinfo, and if you have xv you should get a 
long text.
If you don't have xv, you video card is not configured properly. Which 
video card and driver are you using?

The other thing you can do is try in a console all the output drver for 
mplayer, to see which one works in your computer.
mplayer -vo help will tell all th epossible options to try.
then mplayer -vo NAME-OF-THE-DRIVER MOVIE will play the movie.
Try it.
