[mythtv-users] Unreadable UI... Help!

I am having trouble configuring mythtv, because the UI is unreadable. What am I doing wrong? I've taken a screenshot: http://www.lordwilson.f2s.com/myth-grey.jpg

As you can see from this picture, the dialogs are white on light grey, and I can't figure out how to change it. I've tried various themes, but can't get past this... 

Any ideas
