[mythtv-users] Some shows not flaging commercials

Ok, I'm probably missing something basic here but for some reason 
certain shows are not getting commercials flagged. I can't find a per 
show or recording profile setting for commflag. Is it not a global 
setting? It doesn't seem to be profile related as some shows will be 
flagged while others not using the same profile. Is there a setting 
buried somewhere that I'm missing? I'm running CVS from the weekend. 
This started to happen in the past week or two. I've been running CVS 
for longer than that and this is the first problem I've seen.
Any pointers would help.
