	That's because all of the existing entries are based on examples in the
transcode documentation, and the documentation is not exhaustive. Since
I don't own every possible input format (NTSC/PAL x 4:3/16:9/? x
letterboxed/non-letterboxed) I can't test every possible output
transformation.

	It's a flag on the disc (I think). I can't tell you exactly what flag,
because the mtd just gets handed the info by libdvdread.
