[mythtv-users] How do you keep 2nd card from recording?

I would like to have my second tv input card available
for watching live-tv.  Even when there are 2 shows
that need to be recorded at the same time.

How do you tell MythTV not to record on a TV input
card?
Or Another way of saying it:
How do you designate the 2nd TV card for Live TV only?
