Well, now, how did that happen?

UPDATE record SET search = 0 WHERE search IS NULL;
DELETE FROM settings WHERE value='DBSchemaVer';
INSERT INTO settings (value, data) VALUES ('DBSchemaVer', '1047');

should do the trick.
