Ok, thanks Axel.  I was worried about that since on my first 
attempt at doing this I installed the latest NVidia drivers 
only to find out the 4363 version is the preferred one.  I 
couldn't get rid of "something" from the newer version that 
was causing major problems with XF86.

I'll play around with this after Lord Stanley's Cup has been 
awarded. ;-)
