The benefit to using 4363 is not interlacing (still not supported), it's
the overscan, which broke in later driver versions.  Are you seeing
black bars around your screen?  Are you even using overscan?  If not
then I guess you can upgrade, but not sure what, if any, other
improvements you'd get.
