Well, as another poster pointed out, regardless of the errors, the data seems 
to make it into myth just fine. Looking at the epg shows the data going out 
to the 1 or 2nd of June now. And better yet, the Angel Marathon on tomorrow 
on Space shows all the episodes titles and descriptions while under the old 
xmltv data, the entire day showed all episodes with the same title and 
description.  Also regardless of the error I got about invalid time offset, 
the data appears to be in the write time slots. YAY!
