[mythtv-users] DVB tzap to mythtv channel data

I wrote a little little perl script to help input the DVB channel info 
into mythtv from the tzap channels.conf. Currently I have written the 
channel data for the UK (specifically North-West England) including 
radio channels (useless for now). It also inserts the xmltv ID and an 
icon. It generates the xmltv channel list as well.
