No, THAT is how open-source software works.

You don't understand how a wiki works, do you?

Why is no one "listening to Isaac"?  Maybe because the apparent
arrogance is dis-heartening.  There is absolutely nothing wrong in not
supporting/maintaining/hosting something like a wiki, but I think it's
downright terrible to refuse to link to it.  I can think of so many free
software projects that not only link to user support sites (like Jarod's
wonderful guide), but to competition and just about anything related.  A
link on website?  Come on, get over yourself.  Obviously some people
felt the current docs weren't cutting it, and are smart enough to
understand that if you make things easier for end users to contribute,
contribute they will.
