[mythtv-users] Tivo Remote with IR Reciever VIA USB and lirc?

I searched the mail list archives and could not find an answer to this so I
am going to ask =D

 

 

I am looking to use a Tivo remote with my new MythTV setup and after reading
the mailing lists people report that the hauppage IR receiver does not work
with the Tivo remotes (unless I read wrong). So I was going to get an IR
receiver that works with lirc and that is usb. Could anyone recommend such a
device? The problem I have is that I am out of serial ports for my
motherboard. Any help would be welcomed, Thanks.
