Edit the numbers in /etc/rc.d/init.d/mythbackend to something like:

# chkconfig: 345 92 8

and run

chkconfig mythbackend reset

to fix the symlinks.

FWIW, Mandrake 9.2/10.0 with Thac's myth rpms have the same problem.
