Mmm... mine is set to notify (not auto-skip), but it always seems to get 
Alias perfectly... it's Angel that it has the most problems with.

But, I'd say 80%+ of the time detection is perfect.  Certain shows are 
better than others.  The notify mode works great for me, and if the time 
shown to skip is way off I just skip forward 30 seconds at a time until 
I've skipped them all.  Otherwise I hit my skip commercials button and 
it's fine.

So, it's not PERFECT, but I'd say it's amazingly good for what it does.
