Most mod chips allow you to turn them off, but if you changed the hard 
drive you will still get banned.

How smooth is your video.  I'm using mpeg2 from a pvr-250 and while my 
xbox frontend is pleny watchable, when I have scrolling text it's not 
PERFECTLY smooth.
