[mythtv-users] organising video files

Hey guys.. just a quickie.. not sure if its even possible but thought 
I'd ask..

I've been using Myth quite successfully for a couple of months now and 
have a couple of hundred video files.. dvd rips and music videos..etc..

I was wondering if it was possible to organise these a little better 
than dumping them all into a single directory..

for example:

movies /
          Action /
          Comedy /
          Music Videos /
          Horror /
          Wifes Films /
                Comedy /
                Horror /

etc etc..

was just an idea but can't seem to find anything about it...

Thanks for any ideas..
