[mythtv-users] can backends remote be used on frontend

Here you go.  One is meant to be lircd.conf and the other .lircrc.  You
may want to edit the latter; I'm not completely happy with it myself.

These are taking from my minimyth distribution.  If you're building a
frontend you may want to take a look at it.
