Um, you need to read a little bit closer before saying something isn't there 
(yes, its a long doc, but you can search the text...). Copy and paste from my 
guide:

MythWeb-

The mythtv-suite already put everything where it needed to be, so all you have 
to do is enable apache:
# /sbin/chkconfig httpd on
# /sbin/service httpd start 

...
