I noticed in debian unstable libqt3-mysql changed to libqt3c102-mysql
(description has (threaded) in it), you might want to see if they did
something similar to mandrake.

Subject: [mythtv-users] What happened to QT-MYSQL ? is it gone in
newerversions?

Hi,

I'm redoing my Myth box with Mandrake 10 (2.6.4 vanilla kernel). I finally
got the ivtv drivers to compile on the 2.6.x kernel last night (4am).

I got Myth compiled but when I try start up mythbackend I get this:

[malcolm at mythtv malcolm]$ mythbackend
QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded
QSqlDatabase: available drivers:
QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded
QSqlDatabase: available drivers:
QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded

QSqlDatabase: available drivers:
QSqlDatabase warning: QMYSQL3 driver not loaded
QSqlDatabase: available drivers:
Unable to connect to database!
No error type from QSqlError? Strange...
Couldn't open database

On Mandrake 9.2 there was a libqt3-mysql-3.1.2-14mdk.i586.rpm that I
installed to fix this.
On Mandrake 10 there's no qt-mysql type driver anywhere. I searched all
three CDs. I searched google and couldn't figure anything else out? I even
tried just installing that RPM from the 9.2 CD but the QT versions don't
match.

Is there something different you do now?

Thanks
Malcolm
