[mythtv-users] Running a script before each recording.

My Mythbox has been running FLAWLESSLY since I redid it. No more truncated
recordings, hangs, lockups etc (KNOCK ON WOOD)  I have about 55 hours
recorded (130 gig approx)  But now I am seeing vertical lines in my
recordings   I was told o nthe ivtv list to use test_ioctl -p0 and then
test_ioctl -p4 would correct it (well I have to use -p1 and then -p4 and it
works)  anyway of doing this before a recording?  A few recordings are
screwed up because of this.. they are barely watchable (well they are but
its rather annonying)  I recorded a show that my wifes mother was an extra
in and well its screwed up.
