That works like a charm. Color Svideo input on input #8.

test_ioctl -a now lists...

Chris, if you get the chance, could you create a new patch and ship it to
Axel and the ivtv list? I tried to edit the original patch, but when I did,
it failed on apply to a clean 0.1.9. Forgive me, I'm not a C programmer.
