Oh, yes when you have your TV on you can't hear it. And when visitors are 
around there's also enough noise in the room to not notice the thing. But 
otherwise it can be maddening. I really need to make a closet for it some 
time soonish.

When you have QFan disabled it's much worse. I use Maxtor liquid bearings 
drives, so that's not the source either. My Pundit makes about as much noise 
as the Zalman ZM300B-APS PSU and GlacialTech Silent Breeze CPU- cooler in the 
machine next to me. Only for the pundit the noise sounds a bit higher.
