The Hauppauge Nexus-S is a digital satellite receiver card and you can get 
an additional CAM module to put the viewing card in.  It's all rather 
expensive though and I believe Sky have made their viewing cards 
incompatable with standard CAM systems, so it's not much help (someone 
correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm not sure if anyone has tried using Myth with the Nexus-S card...
