/hda5 is a LVM partition, you can't just mount it.

Assuming you've created a physical and logical volume you want to "mount 
/dev<PHYSICAL VOLUME NAME>/<LOGICAL VOLUME NAME> /video".

You've probably forgotten to create an entry in your fstab.
