The PVR250 does not have any form of video output. It's only a capture card.
The 350 does have the video output but if you already have s-video out on
your motherboard it does not make much sense to spend the extra money to add
a duplicate video out source.

Yes, you can get everything to display on the 350's output. The steps are
documented in several places.
