I'm currently only doing a single Maxtor 160gig, but am keeping an eye 
out for dirt cheap 250's. My goal is to get three of them for 500gig of Raid5.

Why?

Spousal Acceptance Factor. God forbid something should happen and we lose
one of my wife's shows. If my current Warner DVR box (Which hopefully will
be going away soon) crashes and loses a show, it's not my fault. This would
be :)
