Does the show have a subtitle (if not then each show is considered 
unique), and do the descriptions of all the shows match?  Having said 
that, I have seen the 0.14 scheduler rerecord things it shouldn't but this 
doesn't seem to be a problem with the current CVS versions.  The scheduler 
has been ripped out and completely rewritten in the CVS versions and seems 
very good, so if you're feeling brave you could try grabbing the latest 
CVS (0.15 isn't going to be out for quite a while AFAIK)
