[mythtv-users] Multiple XMLTV sources

That's not a bad idea.. that would eliminate my problem with having two
DirecTV sources (one for each of my two inputs).

I don't believe that the xmltv list is the appropriate forum - an xmltv 
grabber grabs data from a single source and I would've thought it is up to 
the software that is using the xmltv data (i.e. mythfilldatabase) to know 
how to use data from multiple grabbers.

The neatest way would be to change the database to allow a many-to-many 
relationship between the videosource and cardinput tables, but that's 
probablygoing to be quite a big re-code of the video source handling code 
in Myth:
Add another table called "sourceinputlink" or similar which contains 2 
columns - the source id and the input id.  That table would simply link a 
source to an input and would allow a source to be connected to any number 
of inputs and an input to be connected to any number of sources...
