[mythtv-users] OT: Cygwin and QT3.3.1 for MYTH on win32

Thanks for this. I was able to compile QT following the guide,
but --with-mysql complained. I assume that the reason for this is that I
haven't got mysql. So now I am off to try to compile mysql. I'll report back
on how I get on.....

you should follow the guide at
http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/qt3/compiling.php for compiling qt with
cygwin.
Also, for use with mythtv, you have to add --with-mysql to the configure
command.
That way, I can build qt without problems.

However, I still wasn't able to get mythtv to compile inspite of the
successful compile of qt.

Anybody with more success?
