[mythtv-users] mythbackend: failed to bind to port 6543

I'm not sure what this means as I have never encountered this error 
before.  I set my system up loosely based on Jarod's guide, and tried 
starting up mythbackend.  This is the complete output:

Anyone know what's going wrong?  Thanks in advance.
