[mythtv-users] Use select to change channels in program guide

I'm using cvs from today and I've already selected that option. But like I
said editRecording() gets orphaned when that option is on. I also noticed
that if "INFO" is pressed (i) on a guide entry editScheduling() is called
which is identical code-wise to editRecording().

A submitted a patch that does this a while ago. Once .15 comes out
there will be a configuration option in the program guide section that
allows you to use select to change the channel while watching live tv.
